Looking North up the Central Railroad of New Jersey tracks opposite the south end of Lake Avenue, probably from Johnson Street. The cars are on the original entrance of Dale Yacht Basin which was on Johnson Street. The masts of the Emma C. Berry and the roof of the Yacht Club can be seen faintly on the left of the telephone poles.
