These aerial photographs were taken in the spring of 1969. Woody Prince, who was an instructor in the Psychology Department was the pilot and owner of the plane. Woody often took students for rides if you chipped in for gas in order to maintain his flight status by flying so many hours a year. I recall the old airport running parallel to Route 97 and being a grass runway.

I have presented these using Quicktime since I can zoom in on details that would not be evident in a single web photograph. The slider can be paused and once the entire movie runs the slider can be used to view and freeze different views by pushing it with your curser.
